"Come Close"

“Come close to God and He will come close to you.” — James 4:8
Looking back over 2018, the call from the Holy Spirit for us to draw closer to Jesus, has been a prophetic theme, growing stronger in recent months.  Along with this call, this year’s preaching messages, centered around our design as Praisers & Givers, has focused on realizing the Gifts GOD has put within us for His glory.  A definite sense of GOD’s unique and special purpose for you and FCC has been emerging.  And it’s producing a deeper hunger for the things of GOD to be manifest in our lives, church, and ministry to the world. ​  With this in mind, our aim as we prepare to go into this season of Fasting & Prayer is GOD’s calling to “Come Closer!”.  When Moses at the Burning Bush and the disciples in the Upper Room drew close to GOD they received a special anointing that sent them on divine assignments with great results for the glory of GOD.  Let’s enter this fast with sincere expectation to hear and receive mighty things from the Lord.

The Miracle Table & My Faith Charter --
​This year our Miracle Table will be interactive.  In addition to submitting your Special Prayer Requests (as in last year’s fast), you will be submitting your My Faith Charter for 2019.  My Faith Charter is a projection of what Coming Closer to GOD will look like in your life in the coming year.

in the first weeks of April, July, & October we will all review and renew our Faith Charters and commit them to GOD on The Miracle Table.  A form called MY FAITH CHARTER will be provided for you to create your faith projection for 2019.
